AVG Anti-Virus Question? When doing a day after day scan first article that pops up is Kernel32.dll, User32.dll,..?

and ntoskrnl.exe near a page and a blue "i" infront. Also subsequent to those files of late mention it say Result/infection "CHANGE". What does that connote?? How do I fix it? or what do I do? Does that stingy here is a problem and if those files are not healble what do I do? Also how do I replace files that cannot be fixed? thank you
