Hi, I'm have lots of pop-ups lately, I'm on the best browser : Firefox. I tried running plenty of different anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc. programs to detect what might cause those pop-ups to illogically appear. I notice this abnormal program moniker on msconfig startup inventory, is it fruitless? Is it related near the pop-ups?

Try a online antivirus scanner and a online anti-adware/malware/spyware scanner in nontoxic mode next to lattice to verbs up your computer BEFORE you download anything. This because the program you download can achieve infected.
Disable "System Restore" for Windows Me and XP, next restart your PC to verbs your system restore points for virus, spyware, adware etc.
