my ISP is shutting me down because a virus have be agree to into my system and its be sending 20,000 spam emails to the servers inbox. They told me i can format the computer or pocket it to a pro but i dont want to spend to much money. how cani stop the spam letters from getting to my ISP's inbox?

Well you can get AVG antivirus for free from their website and try that and i suggest spysweeper for $30 from your local computer store. But depending on your laptop some come beside a repossession choice when you boot to be precise pretty nontoxic. Or do a system restore from a previous date when you didnt hold this issue.
