Yup, its absolutely plenty. NOD32 is an excellent anti-virus. Its real-time protection is fitting, so you're fine beside virus.
For spyware, emphatically looks well-mannered. Still, I recommend downloading another on-demand scanner ( comes beside browser protection too ). Google SUPERAntiSpyware.

You can use MORE THAN ONE anti-spyware, but JUST ONE antivirus.
