I have a bug a few weeks ago, I delete the problems near the bug and very soon I can't access the programs. It say aloud due to restrictions contained by effect on this computer. Any suggestions?

Well you may be the admin, but you're not logged in as such. Log bad and log vertebrae contained by as admin.
