Hi I get one of these and I couldnt remove it at adjectives, I get mine of limewire, norton told me it be a dialer.generic, so I cam on here askin adjectives sort of question as I couldnt find the wallet anywhere to delete it. I be told to run it within safe and sound mode and still no luck. but I be told because I be one broadband it wont effect me as I dont enjoy dial up. But I still looked-for to remove it. so someone told me that Avast will bring rid of it. I downloaded avast and this told me that it be a form of virus from the nutcracker own flesh and blood and still I couldnt find the report the virus be surrounded by and avast could delete it or remove it. So I vanished it for a few days, I be told to format my computer which I couldnt as when I get my laptop I didnt find any disc to put everything rear on near.
One the 3rd hours of daylight of have the virus it get into everything and shut down everything my disc draw stopped working and files be going every where on earth. so it wasnt a dialer,generic, virus surrounded by the first place.
I be told everything to try to find the database surrounded by safty mode, system restore the lot, but nought worked. I have to seize my borther to build me a workstation, which very soon if I go and get a virus again I can format it as I own the discs. My computer is presently faster than the other on, but I lost everything.
On my question on here eabout the dialer generic everyone be unfolding me to download adjectives different types of anti virus etc. I already have avg and this didnt even detect it at adjectives. and no other one I downloaded did any

I have Dialer Generic that lone Norton seem to pick up. A number of answers be posted here but none offered the definitive solution. I have to delete it manually and putting the best bits of the answers together and using a bit of logic I eventually get rid of it. Can you say-so how it be picked up and do you know the term of the report it is within?
Hi All I Have Had This Dialer.Generic. Problem When I Scanned Norton And Here Is How To Get Rid Of It.
1. Goto Start And Then Search.
2.On The Left Click All Files And Folders.
3. In The Top Box Type In BT.
4. After A Little While You Should See A Folder Called BT Yahoo Double Click It.
5. The Dialer Is In There Delete Everything Thats In The Folder And Then Goto The Recycle Bin And Empty The Bin Then Scan Norton Again And It Should Now Be Gone.
