I hold a virus...?

I enjoy the NOD32 antivirus system.And it say it can't delete the infected point or anything..Can you guys facilitate? Thanks.


Answers: If your anti-virus program can't gain rid of it, you might involve to lift your PC to an actual PC tech.
I would do the following.

You want to scan near spyware programs.
Download, install and run the updates for the following:
Dont run programs on the other hand though.

Adware

Then, DISCONNECT from internet.

*Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options and delete adjectives browsing history (cookies, transient internet files etc). Check the box, Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons.

*Go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\temp
Delete adjectives files. (for respectively user)

*Delete adjectives contained by recycle bin

*Next, boot up in undisruptive mode (Tap the F8 switch every few second as the system boots up until the blind Saying Safe Mode picking appears.).

*Then run above spyware programs.

I would also download and install (and configure tools>options>privacy tab to clear everything, plus other things)

Download the programs related below. Install them. Update them. Scan your workstation near them, and do so weekly.

If you hold System Restore turned on, the Restore files may be infected, and trying to reinfect your laptop. I turn sour that fact, reboot to delete the files, after turn it on after a full system scan beside AVG.

Turning rotten System Restore.
(right-click My Computer, Properties, System Restore tab, check the box to turn rotten System Restore on adjectives drives.)

Restart your PC, and hold down the F8 knob.
When you see the Boot Menu appear (black blind white letters), choose SAFE MODE.

Run a FULL SYSTEM SCAN near AVG.

You can also run Spybot and AdAware while in Safe Mode. I suggest you do a full system scan. Get rid of anything they find.

Find where on earth the folder is and delete it manually. Or run to the Symantec site and remove it. Or use McAfee Virus Scan. Or seize Super Antispyware. (The end one worked for me, but adjectives are correct and will do the profession.)
