My college blocks every generous of download possible. My computer say that it's mortal controlled by the administrator "group policy." I've tried proxy servers and it basically doesn't work. I want to download a torrent for a spectator sport, but own no channel of doing so. It other say, 'download be cancelled by peer'. Any suggestions/solutions?
