Spyware Terminator is OK: it does pass real-time protection, and besides Comodo's BOClean and Spybot S&D's "Tea Timer," I don't know of any other free antispyware that pass real-time protection.
HOWEVER...do not install the crawler toolbar.
If you own McAfee Site Advisor you don't involve the crawler toolbar and it doesn't uninstall completely, even beside CCleaner and other *dedicated* registry cleaners in attendance still remain remnants that are picked up by *some* antispy apps. If you want the crawler toolbar *completely* removed after installing it you enjoy to walk into your registry and do it manually :-((
