i hold norton financial guarantee, and a firewall, but still i hold on to getting annoying pop ups..even when i am on yahoo 360 or using e-mail.
can anyone recommend a moral, possibly free pop up blocker?

The pop-ups might be cuz u enjoy spyware contained by your laptop so i would run a anti-virus and anti-spyware scan, a worthy Spyware scaner is ad-aware it is free.
why dont you use google toolbar or yahoo toolbar next to your browser?
it is because you enjoy adware or spyware contained by ur computer.
