I use Norton System Works on adjectives my work and home computers. Have never have a problem except one time one of the computers have expired and we didn't renew contained by time and that one get a virus but as soon as we renewed and run the system check, it be hindmost to fresh.
almost everybody here advise on Norton as the best but not sure if some will disagree also. The best piece to do is purchase anti-virus (if you are capable) or you may download for free anti-virus on the network, but enjoy your PC scan even once within a week (will do), update that anti-virus, update your Windows, avoid orifice terrifying sites, other scan for virus for anything you downloaded from the network (i guess it's how you can protect your PC)

*I'm using Norton Internet Security and Nod32 in different computers. So far, I get no problem nearly virus infection.
