Only by using a proxy server ... although I'd wonder what sort of website you would trust plenty to request content from, but not so much that you are feeling like to permit them know your ip address (which doesn't dispense away much information in the order of you at all).
Note that using a proxy server will reveal all that background sent to and from your computer and any computers you contact using the proxy server to the populace running the proxy (should they aspiration to look at it).
