find a clear laptop which not include virus, and do a start-up disk or rescue disk beside your norton.
when u start your laptop press the del button to begin up the boot option. adjust it to first clear drive to a:\
put your start-up/rescue disk at the floppy and enlarge your notebook. scan your laptop if your norton is updated you can delete your virus.
