few days ago my anti virus alarm for suspicious files on my external usb H.D.D drive and I hold delete them, after delete those "unknown viruses" one of my folders size is changed from 4GB to 71 GB and the files on it are renames to unknown characters "characters close to when you unequivocal a pic folder.jpg near minute pad" are shown instead of prehistoric directory name. immediately I cant rename or delete these files from my external not easy disk.
the window error right to be heard "cannot delete folder: cannot read from the source profile or disk" when I delete the files.
I've install and try all adjectives programs for delete undelete-able window files next to dos command and delete on reboot but non of them is not worked and the files is still nearby.
please comfort me to delete this folder.

This solution might appear a bit extreme but it will work.
I'm not sure that what you are seeing is cause by a virus.Your anti-virus software is giving you a notification because it simply cannot identify the files within cross-examine and in consequence they are suspicious. It could be a concern of directory corruption. Or the record allocation table on that drive is messed up.
Because the operating system won't allow you to delete the files you might requirement to rob "brute force" commotion to correct the problem.
