Check out Ad-Aware SE Professional. You can take a free trial of it rotten the internet, if you close to it, buy it. If that doesn't sustain, at hand's System Mechanic which delete unused files etc.
You want a spyware removal program. Also try a register cleaner too. Virus ware wouldnt be a discouraging point any. All can be found on the internet.
Try to enter the secure mode at the system boot, after do your add/remove program from in that or dig out the items and delete them lower than the secure mode.
