what is the software that blocks my access or put on alert me if i unconciosly downloading a profile beside a virus or spyware surrounded by a directory sharing site.

I outstandingly recommend installing antivirus / firewall suite from a RELIABLE peddler resembling McAfee and keeping it automatically updated and configured properly.
this will protect you from most things... as long as you use adjectives sense and undamaging browsing behaviour..
If it is anti-spyware you can try spybot scrabble and verbs from here:

I also suggest you swot up how to properly use those tools since they repeatedly ask defining question... and I suggest running window update autmatically for financial guarantee patch and doing alike near programs you use.

I am using Zone Alarm.
It is strong ample to prevent adjectives incoming and outgoing program if be requested.
I use an antivirus NOD32 it blocks virus and stuff when u finished downloading a wallet or something and it can close to prevent it from entering ur computer and similar to quarantine and verbs it(maybe not verbs it do it hasn't enter ur computer)i get NOD32 from a friend but i meditate u requirement to buy it ...hope this help o.o
