DO NOT download the AOL anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. They are extremely slow, and it practically take forever for your computer to nouns if they are startup items. I have those installed a few years ago, and they suck. All they do is transport up like mad of memory and they are not even that successful. If you want free virus and spyware protection, I suggest that you download one anti-virus program and a few anti-spyware programs such as:
