I use MacAfee Security Centre, which is not free but covers adjectives the basis for me.
I a bit you not get hold of free softwares..Get norton 360 anti-virus software it give all-in-one virus protection or capture McAfee which is not adjectives within one but provides information on right and discouraging websites which norton does not have(kinda worthy and cool i own get 1) i also guess you will know how to find the website desk clerk free as a toolbar.
You involve intrusion detection software. There is snort for window but it is not user friendly.
Kaspersky is the best
All that other free crap is grisly
