i hold 4 drives surrounded by my PC.. and within C drive i own 600 MB free space and i am getting low disk space qualification from XP. I am planning remove unwanted files and build space. In c:\window directory here are 175 masked files almost adjectives starts and ends next to "$". approaching $hf_mig$, $MSI31Uninstall_KB893803v2$, $NtUninstallbasecsp$, $NtUninstallKB885835$ etc. What are those files? all directory contains DLLs and some exes. Is is locked to delete these files?
I hold plenty space contained by D dirve. I want to increase the C drive space beside some memory surrounded by D dirve. I want to weaken D dirve space and increase C drive space. Let me know how to modidy the disk space is any undisruptive utility within near out loss of data

Others be wary as they are uninstallers of installed hotfixes n updates of windiws..If u delete them u cant uninstall the hotfix if call for be surrounded by the adjectives...

You should never delete system files. They be underhand to hang on to population from doing exactly that. Instead, look at your temp folders or programs that you can uninstall. Good luck!
some of these are system files and program files so don't only just press delete on your upright. the safest passageway of delete programs you don't close to is through put in / remove program within the control panel. excluding that don't merely move files and folder from one place to another as your system might grasp confused to the point of crashing or slowing down.
documents however similar to word, powerpoint, songs and movies and such can be moved to another drive beside make less burdensome
