Not really. You could pass the scammers a fruitless daytime by reporting them to their letters provider (who will probably shut down their account), but that won't take home any difference because they'll only unstop another e-mail explanation and hang on to sending out alike out-of-date crap.
The best piece you can do is don't plunge for the scam yourself AND convey others around it so they don't plunge for it any. Also, start reading and study roughly speaking scam on sites approaching snopes.com, truthorfiction.com, and scambusters.org so you'll know something like more things approaching that and take home it even smaller amount potential that a scammer will be capable of fool you.
