i downloaded goggle globe and when norton asked to allow nouns i clicked block by mistake and i dont know how to clean out can any 1help?

progress to your firewall settings and allow it to the Internet. that will fix it
I don't use Norton because I repugnance it but if it's anything similar to Bullguard, click on firewall - settings - finance and consequently at hand should be a tick by block. Uncheck it and later check the one by allow.
