Go to ccleaners tools menu and the uninstall button. choose bearshare and click 'uninstall.' it should remove it.
Why do you involve ccleaner? Just shift to your programs and uninstall the damn entry.
Don't inevitability it. Just progress to Add/Remove programs contained by control panel.
