is nearby any course to set up the computer so she can merely enter kid friendly sites?

NetNannny, very soon owned by ContentWatch is useless cast-offs. Any kid can use a HTTPS proxy site and bypass NetNanny. What's worse is that currently NetNanny cannot block HTTPS websites. You can't tag on them to its block document. So, it's useless.
I really can't recommend anything out here but DansGuardian. It's the with the sole purpose filter solution that blocks any site I throw at it and does excellent near filter. Unfortunately, it is not jammy for someone in need much computer experience to use and set up. I use it at my work to filter multiple sites. It's that powerful...but fatefully doesn't support you.
I've tested rather a few other commercial products and they adjectives former surrounded by my books. Hopefully NetNanny will bring next to the program and fix their product. But it took them months and months a moment ago to become Vista compatible. So, I don't hold much hope within them.
