Some virtuous spyware ones are window supporter, Ad-aware and spy bot. to download these of late turn to download.com and type respectively one within and download it. LimeWire is the worst for virus that i know. I used it and every time i did i detected 4 or 5 virus from downloading limewire files. I would never use it again.
