But step put a bet on into the Norton Website and download again. This time, look at the folder that it is downloading too. Then use that activation number again.

you should consider youself lucky that norton didnt download.
its so crappy its prty much a virus itself (it slows down your computer, alows other virus surrounded by, and is damn close to impossible to uninstall... nouns approaching a virus...?)

If you did not download anything.. I don`t know you should read the email for instructions on how to download.
