Dell computer ask?

My Dell computer beside no history of problems have begin acting up. It have locked adjectives of the user accounts out of the payment center and the control panel cannot be access due to "restrictions placed on it" It say I should contact my computer administrator but no such user rationalization exists. We be adjectives previously considered administrator until we be locked out. Also,when logging on to my justification, my McAfee virus scan repeatedly say that my System 32 have something call a brand new Malware.j on it and it cannot be cleaned and must be delete. I own delete it repeatedly..but equal message pops up everytime I sign within. A simialr article have happen to a directory in my Documents and settings folder which I also delete beside similar results. Finally an alleged "Windows Security Alert" appears every ten minutes or so recitation me to download something to combat spyware, it is definitely cyber- as the message have several misspellings...I want to know if anyone know how to solve these problems
