Hi All I Have Had This Dialer.Generic. Problem When I Scanned Norton And Here Is How To Get Rid Of It.
1. Goto Start And Then Search.
2.On The Left Click All Files And Folders.
3. In The Top Box Type In BT.
4. After A Little While You Should See A Folder Called BT Yahoo Double Click It.
5. The Dialer Is In There Delete Everything Thats In The Folder And Then Goto The Recycle Bin And Empty The Bin Then Scan Norton Again And It Should Now Be Gone.
At Least I Hope So For You lol.
