I know you don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't even try because explicitly against the above-board use policy at your university. They hold sites blocked for safekeeping and collateral reason.
Trying to bypass their financial guarantee is considered hack and will carry you debarred from using any of their computers and probably even suspended or expelled.
They can see and track everything you do so you WILL return with caught. Not one competent to use the computers at adjectives would suck track worse than only just using them to spectacle allowed sites - wouldn't it?
But later again, move about ahead and post adjectives the proxies you can reckon of here so we know the current ones to block. Thanks for making it assured for us admins to preserve blocking you!
