I removed Claria.GotSmiley from my computer, which kept have pop-up ad. I uninstalled it and the subsequent time I turned the computer on, it shut down almost rapidly! What should I do?

Start surrounded by out of danger mode short internet & run your anti spyware (Claria.GotSmiley is spyware) later run error checking:

you should run a virus scan and a mal/spyware scan and adware scan. you can bring avg, spybot and adware for free at their respective sites
