I am trying to turn to a profile on my computer call, C:\documents and
settings\hp_administrator\loca... settings\temp\~DF5C4E.tmp so I can delete something, but whenever I shift at hand, I can't find the folder call local settings.

Tools > Folder Options > View tab > check to "Show underhand files and folders".
