Ok so I know how to work it and do virus scan and adjectives that but what happen be on my bottom stick a McAfee alert come up maxim they found a trogan contained by one of my documents and I said verbs to do what I am doing practically in recent times ignore it. But that be unbelievably foolish of me. Now I don't know how to gain rear to that glass to abandon it. I hold a dell Inspiron 600m laptop. I know how do bring to the McAfee shelter center and adjectives that and I hold have alerts from McAfee in the past close to admit access to this downloaded program but never for a trogan so I don't know what do. Well you can try to rescan the computer and see if it picks up the trojan. or Open warranty Center , Click View recent events, after at the bottom, click the View Log Button. Then Under Computer and Files, Click on Buffer Overflow Log and Script Stopper Log. If you see a Trojan Listed on any of the log that finances it possibly be quarantined. You can double check by clicking Detection Log beneath Computer and Files, and check for the trojan's cross This may purloin long if you don't remember the date, because mostly it will be cookies, If you remember the date you can poke about inwardly the daylight, and if you find the trojan check the status. Which may be REMOVED,QUARANTINED, etc.
Also the other guy provided some info which you can restore the items that be detected and remove the trojan if it be detected

I don't know much just about McAfee because I don't enjoy it on my computer, but if the alert doesn't come up again, why don't you simply run a guide scan of your system to find the trojan?
It be probably quarantined. I'm not sure if you hold the exact journal I hold, but on my McAfee Security..
-Open McAfee
-On the moved out side, bottom of the porthole I see click-able "tabs" Home; Reports & Logs; Configure; Restore; Tools.
-Click on Restore.
-A catalogue of things should come up on the right side of the blind which are things that enjoy be quarantined.
-Scroll through the inventory to find the alert for which you are looking and call attention to it.
-On the bottom right you should see Restore; Remove; Send ot McAfee. If you are sure what you're looking for and that it's past the worst to remove it, click on Remove.
-To outlook events, Click on Home.
-On the disappeared side, top of the glass, I see Protection Status; Update; Backup and Restore Files; Lockdown Firewall; Restore Firewall Defaults; Scan; View Recent Events; Maintain Computer; Manage Network. Click on View Recent Events.
