I know you don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't even try because i.e. against the legitimate use policy at your conservatory. They own sites blocked for safekeeping and guarantee reason.

why do you stipulation an free? you are at university to revise not surf the web. the blocks are nearby for a function, history are kept, and if you are caught trying to clear the system you will be expelled or your computer privileges will be revoked.
