www.superantispyware.com it is great.I get alot of fruitless things on my computer approaching payment toolbar7.1 and I could not find anything to remove it untill Super antispyware and it is free a short time ago down nouns the free trail.
If you want free Anti-virus , it is AntiVir and AVG anti-virus, but if want commercial it is bitdefender and Mcafee.
