I newly get past its sell-by date phone w/ Dell tech & he said my computer is running fine & protected near McAfee antivirus protection, but in that is zilch within my system tray & when I try to click on the McAfee god it will not undo. Network nouns say connected & firewalled, but within used to be a place where on earth I could be in motion to click on surety center & it told me if firewall be enabled, what antivirus program I be using & if automatic updates be on, but specifically gone! What should I do? How can I check these settings w/o it?

See if the Security Center Service is on "automatic" and "started".
Go to > start > run > services.msc > ok > right click "Security Center" > properties > Startup type > automatic > start > ok.
