there is something wrong near my zonealarm. i lately renewed it my it doesnt appear to be working properly. it other seem to be frozen and whenever i click ctrl+alt+delete it say its not responding. does this connote it didnt install properly or something? if so what shall i do...sorry i am not remarkably computer literate
