My Outlook Express can't dispatch e-mail. I can receive of late fine. I've done adjectives the trouble shooting beside Yahoo! and my ISP so the one and only problem vanished would be near the anti-virus software or a firewall. Now, I'm not computer inclined in the smallest so can someone facilitate beside how I would locate and disable a firewall?
