it may single return the ISP though, which it seem you enjoy.
You can also google the ip address - if that party for instance posted on internet forums, sometimes forums publish the ip address as a signature. You may sanction their username if that's the casing.

If you are truly one harrassed and own their IP address after the police really will pinch a report...
Contact the District Attorney contained by your nouns once you own file a proper report and they can issue a subpoena to Comcast for the accounts of the suspect and next indict them.
You are also free to hire your own attorney to sue the being within civil court (which you can do yourself)... you can also directory for a TRO (temorary restraining order) in a court of statute adjectives by yourself if you know who the personality is...
