I hold a NetGear WGT624 & don't want the Log to display my IP & Sites visit.

You involve to use a proxy.
If you want to turn it stale, follow these steps:
1) Configure a PC near a static IP Address
2) Change the Content Filtering/Block sites next to the IP address surrounded by the "Allow Trusted IP Address to look in Blocked Sites".
That allows it to not be logged.
