I am using window XP but whenever I login to the explanation as administrator and try orifice any system files similar to gpedit.msc or regedit or msconfig it give an errror stating that the article have be disabled by administrator... how to produce the administrator whenever I am logging in to administrator

Start your computer in Safe mode (keep pressing F8 while booting your computer).
Select 'Start in Safe mode'.It will endow with you an resort to Start your computer within Your Own User depiction or as the Administrator...
Log in as administrator & afterwards give in adjectives administrator privileges to your User Account.
Reboot & start in Normal Mode.
