newly delete unwanted files... the limitation usually happen when here is not ample disk space that window uses for it virtual memory...
window truly uses the free space within your complicated disk and uses it for memory... that it call virtual memory. only just rear up your files after free more space on your easier said than done disk. after defrag. this will increase your virtual memory and increase the use of your notebook.
