If your using XP pro right click the folder and select warranty and remove adjectives the users except yourself or evolution report permissions for respectively one. This should work, but I'm using XP pro beside some secondary packages installed so it may not.
in window you can use Login profiles next to passwords, else if you want to protect a folder contained by the exisiting profile or User ID, you inevitability a 3rd participant tool, i use blowfish
