My computer have be super slow lately and it's getting really frustrating. I've be told that I involve to install a registry cleaner. Would that really oblige? Where can I download a FREE registry cleaner from the web that also works effectively?

It can really give a hand speed abundant processes if its really bloated, but most noticably startup.
ANY registry cleaner may incentive programs that are not installed according to microsoft standards to not work, so create a system restore point prior to cleaning the reg.

Besides using a registry cleaner, you should also scan your computer for Viruses/Spyware/Adware, and defragment your computer (Assuming you own Windows XP: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter).
