Anyone who works on computers know that somenone spy/monitor on adjectives the communication because it is legitimately required and amount of monitoring may not be directly proportional to requirement since it involves humans (I enjoy heard/read horror stories from work and even contained by newspaper). Is nearby a opening to escape excessing monitoring (since PGP isn't legal)? If not, are in that any guidelines for monitoring or automated tools that can work out if the information human being sent is confidential and filch populace out of loop?
