Answer my spyware cross-examine please (not how to remove it)?

I get spy shredder on my comp and i downloaded spybot and run it and i found 15 spy shredder related things. i fixed problem and i re run spybot to see if in that be anymore and afterwards i restarted comp and run it again and found none. I also get 2 other spyware removal and scan it still zilch. Its gone right?
