Maybe some sort of Anti-Virus program or I don`t know even a spectator sport that starts when window starts?
Retrace your steps and find out what the problem is.
Also.
Once you carry to your desktop goto,
Start > All Programs > Startup
and see what is planned near. If zilch follow these:
Start > Run type within msconfig, consequently OK, once within here click the Startup tab and see what is contained by within to be precise starting up.
You can google/yahoo those files name to see what is what and set out them alone if you know what they are, if you dont know what they are, uncheck them consequently reboot. Upon reboot, it will show you a GUI purely check dupe it and click OK
