i hold a anti spyware prog i craving 2 install but it say i must 1st disable any spyware progs i already hold,how do i do this?

It seem that the topical AS prog enjoy detect that ur laptop already get a AS. try to uninstall it first. den install the modern AS
just a guess but it could be spybot your installing (gives notification something like adaware), anyway you will be ok near 2 anti-spyware programs on your workstation
