Do you enjoy an anti-phishing program by a reliable retailer reporting that a website is free of phishing?
If so, anti-phishing toolbars enjoy be found to be reliable.

If instead you are at a website i.e. claiming to be free of phishing later I would be outstandingly skeptical of why they would grain the call for to influence that and would probably not believe it. I would defer to the words of Shakespeare... "me think the website doth protest too much".
If you are at a third do website that reports on other websites.. I would also be skeptical because websites can regulation a bit hastily.. and what once may not hold be free of phishing may not be anymore...
