To fix the Internet's problems :
1) check your connections from cable to Modem.
2) if the nouns is OK !
Then try to un-install it .
Start / setting /control panel .
Click : Add / remove programs.
Click your Internet provider.
Click Remove ,after the un-installation is complete
Insert the Internet compact disc contained by the CD-ROM
To Reinstall it .I hope it works.
