I changed settings in MSCONFIG and it told me I have be be administrator that I dont hold the privilidges. Well I am the administrator. What is wrong? Thanks for comfort.

That msconfig interface is a bit bugged. Restart the computer and see if the settings are changed anyways. They usually are.
I've gotten this error message myself a few times but the change be made as average when I restarted the PC.

I hold duplicate problem. It say that I can't form change but it in actual fact DOES MAKE change.
It's annoying but not really a problem.
Some registry repair program might fix it but I chew over you should freshly live next to it.
