I forgot how to do this: take home my computer password protected...?

so that other inhabitants can't "borrow" my computer lacking my go-ahead when I'm not home, getting on the internet and "accidentally" getting bad stuff on my PC. How do I password protect Windows XP so it won't boot up in need a password?
Thanks

Answers: You hold to enter the BIOS as the computer starts up. There you can set the passwords. Depending on the computer you may own to hit the F1, F2, F10, or escape knob to enter.
